There is work, and then there is passion – this is where Ecomaris has come from.
Eco – environment, assume land
Maris – sea or ocean
Ecomaris is my love letter to the activists, community groups, organisations who truly want to make a positive difference to conserve and improve our natural world – be that land or sea.
Years ago, I took a Sociology class at University.
Society has status levels, whether we like it or not.
Paraphrasing from memory, there are several different types of capital from which each person and group can ‘benefit’ or be ‘held back’ within a society.
For example: intellectual capital if you’ve been fortunate to go to university.
With Ecomaris, the aim is to make project management skill and knowledge accessible and affordable to as many people as possible so that they feel confident to lead a positive environmental related change through their project delivery.
Why now?
I have been fortunate to have various kinds of capital throughout my life and professional career – why not share it.
With this in mind, it’s why I have a specific ask for those who buy, download and use the templates, or take up the coaching sessions to enable your projects.
