An Introduction

All projects need to clarify:

Who needs to be involved
(the Stakeholder Map addresses this)

What the involved people will need to do and when (the Project Plan addresses this)

What is meant to be achieved by the project and why it’s important to do the project right now (the Business Case addresses this)

How much it will cost in labour or outright expenditure (the Budget Plan addresses this)

What risks there are for the project, what actions need to be completed from meetings, what decisions were taken and when, what planned activities are dependent on each other, what changes were agreed during the project work being done (the RAID log Plus addresses this and much more!)

For further clarity projects may also organise:

How authority is structured across roles within the project (the Project Team addresses this)

What the funding landscape and funding split may look like, and status monitoring (the Funding Pipeline Tracker addresses this)

How to propose or pitch the project to funders (the Bid Writing template provides an example)
